Notebooks industry has tremendously developed recently. It depends on machinery that acts as an assembly line. Paper sheets acts as the raw material in the process, and lining machinery marks the beginning of the production that is followed by other stages such as cutting, folding, stapling and re-cutting. Accordingly, notebooks are produced and are manually covered and packed.
Notebooks production in Al-Fahd Corporation for paper industry is divided into two main parts:
First: Public Notebook production:
The corporation depends on the state-of-the-art German-made assembly line that costs eight million pounds and half. The assembly line is a single machine, and paper rolls are the basic raw material in the process. Also, paper rolls act as the primary stage in the production process that is followed by several machine-aided processes such as lining, cutting, folding, stapling and covering.
Second: Large Notebooks and Luxury Notebook production:
The corporation produces stapled as well as wired luxury notebooks and ordinary as well as Italian large notebooks of various sizes that ranges between 40 pages and 250 pages. The corporation uses the state-of-the-art machinery, assembly lines as well as packaging lines.
Folders and files:
Folders and files industry depends on albraistol and duplex papers. The corporation produces several sizes for different purposes: personal use or commercial use
Commercial printings:
