The factory is formed of five assembly lines for stock setting:
paper rolls, paper sheets, paper bunches, paper packs.

Paper rolls:

Paper rolls are considered the raw material in the production process. They go through one of the following processes:

-
Cutting the paper roll: Large paper rolls go

through the process. They are divided into two rolls or more according to the required size. For example, a 170 cm-width paper roll can be cut into a 70 cm-width paper roll and a 100 cm-width paper roll.
-
Converting the paper roll: Paper rolls are converted to paper sheets of the same size of the rolls and of various lengths. For instance, a 70 cm-width paper roll can be converted to 70 cm × 100 cm paper sheets

Paper sheets:

Paper sheets are produced by cutting and converting paper rolls. The process is transactional; it is followed by several production processes. The sheets are set and every 500 sheets are separated by a paper separator

Paper bunches:

Papers bunches are considered the first form of complete production; they are produced after converting paper rolls to paper sheets. Every 500 sheets are packed together that is said to be a bunch that is covered with a note that indicates paper standard and size

Paper Packs:

They act as the final stage of the production process. They are considered a complete product, but some modifications are introduced to paper sheets such as cutting by cutting machinery. They are converted to paper packs of different sizes such as Foolscap folio.

Packing :

Any unnecessary items resulting from papers industry are exposed to packing. Such undesired items are collected for packing.
